Cabaret Night

The Carnival celebrated in Santa de Tenerife is the second largest and most renowned carnival in the world. It goes back to the 1600s and has been candidate to be recognized as Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Nowadays the Carnival, celebrated in all of the islands and in other parts of Spain, is a rare combination of century long traditions such as Los Indianos, Las Murgas Show (a satire song show dating back to the 16th century) or the Gran Carnival Queen contest, and open-minded celebrations and events such as the Drag Queen Contest of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which is one of the largest and most eccentric LGTBQI-friendly events in Europe. The theme is ideal to frame a night where the delegates will shine through their musical and cultural performances and will party the night out without any inhibitions.
