Social Venture Challenge
The 2012 Social Venture Challenge at WorldMUN is now open for registration! Click here to register your exciting, inspiring venture ideas and compete for a Resolution Fellowships to launch your social venture. Resolution Fellows are currently implementing creative and sustainable solutions to local, regional, and global challenges in healthcare, education, human rights, technology, water, and other areas—do you have an idea? Before the conference, you'll need to form a team and submit an action plans online. You'll have a chance to present your project ideas and compete for a Resolution Fellowship. This year’s Resolution Fellowships will be announced at Closing Ceremonies with one grant of $3,000 in seed funding and two grants of $1,500 for the top finishing teams, along with advice and ongoing support from a network of mentors. Up to $1,000 in seed funding will be awarded for other winning proposals.

Social Venture Forum
All delegates are invited to visit the Social Venture Forum to meet the teams competing in the Social Venture Challenge, to learn about their projects, and to vote for their favorite ventures. These teams will share their ideas with the WorldMUN community as they compete for Resolution Fellowships. Selected teams will be invited to present their projects to a panel of judges at the finals.
Resolution Career Panel
Join us for Resolution’s 6th Annual Career Panel. Our global set of panelists will offer their insights on cross-sector thinking and global opportunities in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Bring your questions about the world beyond college and hear what professionals in a variety of industries have to say about it.
Social Venture Challenge Finals
All delegates are invited to observe the finals of the Social Venture Challenge. The top teams will compete for Resolution Fellowships, including seed funding of up to $3,000 in funding, ongoing mentorship and support to bring their ventures to life. Teams will present their ventures and answer questions from a panel of judges. Watch the teams present their impressive plans to make a difference and learn what the Challenge is like so you can begin to prepare for next year.
